The Inocart VT manual powder application set is ideal for evenly applying powders such as polyester, epoxy, or acrylic, which are supplied in 20 kg cartons. The vibrating table fluidizes the powder and allows for quick transfer via the pump through a tube to the manual spray gun. The gun is designed with powder and energy savings in mind, resulting in higher efficiency and better coating quality. TEC5 (Electronic Transfer Control) ensures self-regulation of the electrostatic charge, taking into account powder flow and part distance to optimize powder application and finish quality.

The Inocart VT is easy to clean thanks to the Fast-Clean option. It is well-balanced and comfortable to use. The high voltage power, combined with the high-voltage control unit, ensures wrap-around coverage on large parts (D. 500mm / 20 in.) and deep penetration into recesses. Using this equipment allows for better powder utilization, reducing application time. The Inobox controls high voltage and manages all types of air supply, including electrode air purge, injection, and dilution.

The powder hose and cable are available in two different lengths: 6m and 12m, making them suitable for painting both small and large parts and components. It can be used as a primary powder coating tool or as an additional unit for pre-coating or finishing in automated lines. Expected results are achieved quickly.
