The INOCART VT manual powder application system is ideal for uniform application of powders such as polyester, epoxy or acrylic supplied in 20 kg boxes. The vibrating table fluidises the powder and enables rapid transfer by pump through the hose to the manual spray gun. The gun is designed to reduce powder and energy consumption, helping achieve higher application efficiency and better coating finish quality. TEC5 (Electronic Transfer Control) automatically regulates the electrostatic charge according to powder flow and the distance from the part to optimise powder application and finish quality.

INOCART VT is easy to clean thanks to the Fast-Clean function. The gun is well balanced and comfortable to operate. High-voltage power combined with the high-voltage control unit provides excellent wrap-around on large parts (D. 500 mm / 20 in.) and deep penetration into recesses. This improves powder utilisation and helps reduce application time. The Inobox controls the high voltage and manages the different air functions, including electrode air, injection air and dilution air.

The powder hose and cable are available in two lengths, 6 m and 12 m, for coating both small and large parts and assemblies. The system can be used as the main manual powder coating tool or as supplementary equipment for pre-coating or finishing on automatic lines. The expected results can be achieved quickly.
