RX-OG Series (Out-Gassing)

The RX-OG series has been specifically developed for critical substrates, particularly for applications on cast aluminum and galvanized steel surfaces.

One of the most significant challenges with coating these substrates is the formation of pinholes, which can compromise the coating’s integrity and long-term durability, especially in harsh environments such as marine conditions.

How It Works:

The primary cause of pinholes is trapped air during the curing process. The RX-OG series is formulated to extend the time available for trapped gas to escape from the molten coating, helping to minimize bubble formation caused by gas or moisture release from the porous substrate during curing.

• Chemical structure: Available in polyester, polyester (PRIMID-HAA), epoxy-polyester (hybrid), polyurethane, and pure epoxy resin. No color limitations.
• Product applications: Aluminum profiles and sheets, doors, window frames, steel or galvanized steel furniture, hot-dip galvanized elements, and cast parts.
